The method allows for investigating how a result changes over time after a change in treatment. Additionally, treatment-specific paths can be analyzed and event-study effects can be displayed graphically.<br \/>Learn more: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stata.com\/statanow\/DID-with-switching-treatments-for-panel-data\/\">https:\/\/www.stata.com\/statanow\/DID-with-switching-treatments-for-panel-data\/<\/a>  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2) Spatial error covariance structures for multilevel models (Update from July 29, 2026)<br \/><\/strong>The <code>mixed<\/code> command now supports four spatial error covariance structures: <strong>exponential, Gaussian, spherical<\/strong>, and <strong>power<\/strong>. This allows for modeling correlations between errors that depend on the spatial distance between observations. You can easily switch between different frames. Furthermore, data can be copied and pasted directly from one frame to another. These include, among others, optimized functions for executing selected lines in the Do-file Editor, faster estimation with   <code>xtgls<\/code>, the new Mata function  <code>quantile()<\/code>, extensions for HDFE interactions, as well as improvements to  <code>hdidregress<\/code>,  <code>xthdidregress<\/code>,  <code>bayesmh<\/code>  and  <code>putpdf<\/code>.
