In addition to data management and publication-quality graphics, Stata offers a wide range of regression models for estimating relationships between variables. Although these models are based on different mathematical principles, Stata’s programming language allows them to be applied in a largely standardized way.

The webinar will introduce various regression models and demonstrate the key steps involved using practical examples, including model specification, estimation, diagnostics, postestimation, and reporting results. It will also provide guidance on choosing the most appropriate model, helping participants make informed decisions from the wide range of available options.

Participants will receive a set of example datasets and do-files. Basic knowledge of Stata and correlation analysis is recommended.
